Overreact mentally, without informing anybody of my worries/thoughts.
Overthink for hours thereafter.
Ruin mood.
Ruin everybody else’s mood.
Ruin day.
Mentally scold self later in the evening.
Get happier.
Make significant other happier.
Mentally promise self not to do it again.
Next day.
Repeat.
